What is RoHS testing?

Preparation of RoHS testing and certification materials

1. Only heavy metal detection: about 5-10g for solids and 5-10mL for liquids;

2. Only brominated flame retardant testing is carried out: about 10-20g of solid and 10-20mL of liquid;

3. Conduct heavy metal organic pollutant testing: provide about 20-30g of samples;

4. Conduct other organic pollutant testing: provide about 30g of samples;

Only the sample of the plating (coating) part should be tested, and the approximate weight of the material part of the plating (coating) should be indicated; If the weight of the coating (coating) part does not meet the requirements of the sample feeding volume, the coating (coating) raw materials need to be provided.
