Preparation of RoHS testing and certification materials

1. Only heavy metal detection: about 5-10g for solids and 5-10mL for liquids;

2. Only brominated flame retardant testing is carried out: about 10-20g of solid and 10-20mL of liquid;

3. Conduct heavy metal organic pollutant testing: provide about 20-30g of samples;

4. Conduct other organic pollutant testing: provide about 30g of samples;

5. Only the sample of the plating (coating) part should be tested, and the approximate weight of the material part of the plating (coating) should be indicated; If the weight of the coating (coating) part does not meet the requirements of the sample feeding volume, the coating (coating) raw materials need to be provided.

RoHS inspection factory inspection

Factory inspection is not required, but in general RoHS will require a one-year validity period. In fact, the RoHS test report itself is only based on the analysis of the product, as long as your product material, production process and process remain unchanged, the test report can be valid for a long time.

RoHS testing and certification cycle

RoHS test less than 20 groups 5 working days, More than 20 groups 7 business days or based on actual test volume.
